Times have changed since the introduction of the Internet, specially social media. It has become an indispensable tool for our daily tasks and our main communication channel. Perhabs, ten years ago people used to watch the news on TV, buy newspapers, and send letters (okay, maybe not letters). Now, everything is on the web… Including the government.
